This privacy policy applies to the Piki Color Android app, published on Google Play by the developer Suvishaz Tech. Suvishaz Tech ("we", "us", "our") is the legal entity responsible for Piki Color and for the information described in this policy.

About Piki Color

Piki Color is a colouring app for children. Children pick a drawing and fill it with colour. The app is designed to entertain children while helping them learn about colours, shapes, and creativity. Piki Color is developed by Suvishaz Tech, whose development team is led by Mr. Ravi Bhanawat and made up of developers with at least five years of experience each.

Information we collect

Because Piki Color is made for children, it collects only what is needed to sign in and run the app:

• Login information. To create an account and sign in, the app collects basic account details: a name, an email address, and a user ID generated by Firebase Authentication. This information is used only for login and to keep the account working.
• Technical information from Firebase. To provide sign-in securely, Firebase may process technical data such as an app instance or installation ID, the device type and operating system version, and the IP address.
• Drawings. Drawings a child colours in are saved on the device. They can be removed by deleting them in the app or by uninstalling the app.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or any other personal information, and Piki Color does not show advertising.

Third-party services

Piki Color uses Google Firebase, provided by Google LLC, for account login (Firebase Authentication). Firebase processes the information above on our behalf, only to provide these services. How information is used and shared

We use login information only to let users sign in and keep their account. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with anyone other than Firebase as described above, unless the law requires it. Piki Color is designed to comply with the Google Play Families Policy and applicable children's privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Where the law requires it, accounts for children should be created by, or with the consent of, a parent or guardian.

Security and retention

Data sent between the app and Firebase is encrypted in transit. We keep login information only while the account is active, and delete it when the account is deleted. Drawings stay on the device until they are deleted in the app or the app is uninstalled.

Deleting your account and data

You can ask us to delete your Piki Color account and all data linked to it at any time. Email info@suvishaz.com with the subject "Piki Color account deletion" from the email address used to sign in. We will delete the account and its login information from Firebase within 30 days and confirm by email.

Parents and guardians

If you are a parent or guardian, you can review, correct, or delete your child's account information, or ask any question about your child's privacy. Contact us at info@suvishaz.com and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top. Our policy for our other products and this website is on our main privacy policy page.
